ok I am ready to throw my S3- it drops calls constantly- sent it back, got a new one, now is doing the same thing- HELP???

OK ok I am ready to throw my S3- it drops calls constantly- sent it back, got a new one, now is doing the same thing- HELP???- I know others have had this problem , is there a permanent fix or do i switch phones?

no , I haven't thanks for the suggestion- we dont get verizon here in timbucktwo, but is that something US cellular could help me with?

You can call Verizon Wireless Customer Service and request a new SIM card be mailed to you.
Also if you are in extended service area, that might be another reason why your phone doesn't work very well.

I also have the Galaxy S3 and I have not experienced any issues with calls. I want you to have the same experience! As indicated by Ann154 (thank you!), the coverage in your area may have something to do with the quality of your calls. Just got a new Sim Card. Dropped Calls continue??? Husbald got the same phone, same day, same time. His is OK. How does this get fixed???

I know this is going to sound off, but try switching your network mode to CDMA/LTE/EVDO and see if that helps. Make sure noise canceling and voice privacy turned off.
