After the recent upgrade, some of the words I had stored in my phone for texting are gone. Also, I had it so touching the keys didn't make a sound. Now it does after the upgrade and no settings have changed. WHY? These are just two of things I have found thus far. UGH!
I can hopefully help with the key sound problem (if you are talking about using the keyboard).
Go to Settings
Scroll until you find Language and input and touch on it
Touch the little gear at the end of Samsung keyboard
Touch Advanced
Uncheck either one or both of the last two settings (one controls sound the other is vibration)
Thank you! I also accomplished the same thing by turning down the volume under system settings. So many settings for things!!!
