my phone just shut off and now keeps stating that the start up has failed and to connect to this site to repair my device??
We always want to ensure your device is working the way it should Michaelsteever. We are happy to help. To ensure we are on the same page, are you using a Note 7? If so, that device was recalled so we no longer support it on our end. You would have to contact Samsung directly for additional assistance.

I hope that’s a mistake. The note 7 is blocked and recalled. Time to upgrade/replace
