the perfect phone

Have a fascinate and no big issues with the exception of receiving pic text, which I solved, but I have been reading other forums ( iphone4 , droid x , thunderbolt etc ) and they all seem to be having problems with there phones especially text problems, just wondering is Verizon at the root of some of the issues and is the user also at fault with not knowing how to operate the phone

Had some app similar to juice defender on my phone, uninstalled and them started getting all my pic text, don't know if it was a coincidence or not but I'm now having not one issue with the phone

It seems certain apps is causing this problem and Juice Defender is well known for this problem
