Hello,

 

If you are still having this trouble, please follow the steps outlined below to complete a soft reset:

 

Soft Reset
Press the Power key.
Touch Power off.
Touch OK.
Press the Power key to power on the device
.
Note: If device is non-responsive please remove and reinstall the battery and power on device.

If you are using IE9, please turn on the compatibility mode.

after I updated to Froyo, my phone does not seem to vibrate.  Just yesterday, I missed 5 calls because my phone did not vibrate.  Is there any solution to this problem?
