Hi, i am new the the GSIII and cannot seem to find the videos that i download from email. they are not in the gallery or in the downloads but it says it downloaded. please forgive this very basic question!

You have to save it first. On your video attachment there should be 3 little dots in a vertical line.
Click on that and it will give you the option to save it. After it is saved it should be in your download file.

yep, tried that and they are not there. i downloaded about 6 times so they have to be somewhere!
