why i can't send a 13 seconds video tru sms or email from my phone? I cant get video msgs from my dad wich has and old crappy flip phone, but i can't send any. do i need to change any settings?
Your settings for the video resolution may need to be adjusted. By default the smartphones are set to the highest resolution which can affect sending. I have a motorola phone so I'm not sure if the steps will be the same but go into the video recorder and you should have a settings icon or try pressing the menu and then settings while you are in the video recorder. You should have video resolution. Set it to the lowest resolution, record another 13 second video and see if that works. Note: Changing this setting will only work for recording new videos going foward, I don't believe it will give you this option for any videos already recorded.
