I ordered s samsung galaxy camera to take pictures of my first son who was born 3 months ago. My camera worked great for the birth and for a couple weeks after. The camera today still turns on but the screen does not, which makes the device unusable.
I've called Verizon about the issue thinking they would just send me a replacement, but the Verizon representative told me that they do NOT carry the phone anymore and have no replacements. She then told me its under warranty and that Samsung would replace it. (at this point I've been on the phone for 2 hours)
After an hour on the phone with Samsung they tell me that they will be sending me a box to send the camera in for REPAIR NOT REPLACEMENT AND IT WILL TAKE UP TO 4 MONTHS.
This was July 22nd.
Now its September 20th, and I left with nothing but a place to write this on Verizon website
