I noticed the update, first thing this morning. It suggested having my phone plugged in during the update. So I did. I didn't notice a quickly drained battery throughout the day, but at the end of the day, I was down to 12%. I plugged it in. That was 4 hours ago and its only charged to 60%!!! Its frustrating when the updates get pushed thru, before the kinks have been worked out! Why isn't my phone charging?! How do I fix this?

My wife and I have Note 2's and after the update the battery in ours dies very quickly. I loved my note 2 but I will think twice before buying another Samsung product or dealing with Verizon again. I have been with them since they started but I'm about thru with them. They should never put these updates out till its tested and know to be good. SHAME ON VZW !

You have chosen great devices, WayneParrish.
We want you to love them again.
Please check Settings>Battery, what is the device showing is using the battery life? Is power saving mode on? How quickly is the battery life declining?
