Phone showed up to date time / appeared to be sync’d
No rings/missed calls/email or calendar notifications all morning
Tried to make a call, got an error
Flood of missed calls/emails
I am being terminated from my job.
Is there any documentation on this type of issue I can provide to my supervisor?
I factory reset the phone, but using the google acct sync, so hoping that this issue does not come back

Working in the IT field, the day before I was trying to replicate an issue with a user’s Samsung Galaxy S7 and had played around with a ton of settings for things like gmail, device policy, over an hour or two, but my phone was still functioning properly later in that day. The next day was 10/31/2018 (Not sure if it tried to do any updates? I think I had them set to automatic, but I know the phone did not ask to be reset)
had you done an update?? it's hard to fill in the blanks
you work in the it field & surprised that a re-boot fixed the problem/s!!
