I am fed up with this!! I do not have an active apple music account, I have a samsung note 10 with a single sim card,and am in the unlimited data plan. I have spent 2 weeks, 9 hours in store ,on the phone and on chat, and still get the "oops there's a problem, try later " and " your subscription cant be verifed" error messages. Have even emptied my Cache for the apple music app as suggested.
It is important that you are able to sign up for Apple Music, Ariesdeering270. Are you trying to access the subscriptions page only through the app, or have you used the website login in from a computer?
