I set up the phone number for voice mail to include my password *86,,xxxxx# but when ever I dial voice mail it keeps asking for a password.
What is the right sequence? or is this a bug?

Finally got something to work
The VOICE MAIL APP is not working properly as I can't automate the pin code entry
However
I created a contact using *86,,nnnnn and that works correctly. Working on adding an image to replace the default contact one.

I do not include the # sign at the end. *86,,XXXX You might need an extra , but 2 ,, works for me.

Have you confirmed the entire sequence is being sent by your phone?
You could also try replacing the *86 with your 10 digit phone number.

Have no idea if the entire sequence is being sent, but since the voice prompt repeatedly asks for a password, likely not.
using my phone number doesn't work either

Your phone may also not be recognizing a comma as a pause. When you manually enter in a contact number, does your phone give you an option for a pause or do you simply put in a comma?

The "," was entered from the Sym screen which lists it as Pause(,)

DocinCT,
We certainly want to make sure you're able to get your password entered and get into yoru voicemail without any issue. Has this worked in the past? Do you get any error after this or is it just asking you to enter the password? Are you able to get into your voicemail just dialing *86 and then entering the password?
