recently the battery drains rather that charges. I have it plugged into the outlet using the original charger. Turned all apps but gear manager off. turned wi-fi off. Discussion on Note 2 says this is a problem with an update. What is your solution?

My phone does not charge either. I cannot use it most days. It is always dead. I even bought new batteries. I charge it all night and take it off and I can maybe make one call. This morning I tried to call my daughter and it went dead. I am tired. Will they do anything?

I'm sorry you're having same issues with your battery charging Stacey4278. Samsung does warranty their chargers by replacing them. However, we need to determine whether its the phone, battery, or charger. Have you tried other chargers/outlets? If it is the charger, you can reach out to Samsung to replace. http://bit.ly/ZG8jl0
