Caller ID/Online call log issue

Samsung Note 4 does not show caller id and for the past 6 days none of my calls has shown up in the online call log, so I cannot tell who called me. I don't answer the phone unless I can see who is calling me, and thought I could look at the log and find out, but as I said my phone is not logging any of my calls. All other phones on the account have no issues.

Verizon store told me that Verizion is having an issue with "some of the phones" and to be patient. It has already been six days. My phone is useless to me if I can't tell who is calling me.

I understand your predicament Marie. Let's get to the bottom of this caller ID issue and explore ways to resolve. Has the caller ID feature worked in your current locatoin before? What is your ZIP code? Did issue start after updating/installing any particular application/software? Have you contacted our tech support team at 800-922-0204 to troubleshoot? If you have, please let me know the steps your have tried so that I don't ask you to do the same things.
