Can't make or receive phone calls

I just recently had my charging port replaced, and now I can't make or receive calls. I haven't changed any settings--and the phone never turned on while at the repair shop. How do I fix this?

i have 4g, can browse the internet, etc but i can't make a phone call. what the eff. this is ridiculous. i bought it used--no warranty. verizon, thanks for this garbage update.
