Can't upload pictures to computer

My computer recently started having trouble uploading pictures from my phone. I've done this many many times before with no problem. Now it says there's nothing there to upload although there is over 2000 pics.... Help!!!

i would seek out the usb driver, and reinstall it to start. unless you are using bluetooth, or your server cant handle the size of up or downloads

and reinstall see if it works.

what method before were you using to send pics

I would simply plug in the USB cord to the side of my laptop, give it a

minute, go into my Photos on the laptop, find the SAMSUNG on the left

column, open it and it would search for photos (usually took a minute or

two because there's so many) and then import.

Now within one second it says "there's no photos on this device"
