Can the note 8 bluetooth play music if connected to a bluetooth device?

I've just recently received my note 8 and I have been having trouble connecting it to my vehicle's Bluetooth system. I can talk on the system but it won't play any music like my 6 plus edge did....am I missing something

GRIFF14N,

Bluetooth is an awesome feature to use in your car with any phone, so let's check that out. What is the make/model of your vehicle? I've used Amazon Music and YouTube this way to play audio through my car, and while the call or text portion works no matter where I'm at on the radio, I have to select Bluetooth on the source to play anything else on the phone (like how you'd move between AM, FM, or CD audio).
