Couple of issues. Replacement?

Hey Everyone,

I noticed in the last few weeks I am unable to browse the internet while on a call, the data signal drops completely off. Once the call has concluded, the data slowly comes back. I say it happens about 90% of the time I am on the phone and need to check something online. I cannot trend when it does work, its been in different areas/different signal strengths. I am not sure if it is a device issue or a network issue. Verizon's LTE has always been average (at best on a good day) in Phoenix, AZ so that might play a role.

The other issue is the battery indicator. The phone will be charging and it jumps from 95% to 100%. I tend to restart my phone after it charges so when I do, its back to 95%. Any reason for concern? Does it work this way to prevent the battery from over charging (I remember some older phones did that)

I am thinking a replacement but was curious if anyone else has experienced the same issues, or if I am just dealing with a weak network and a 'working as designed' thing, for lack of better term.
