I upgraded to the Note 3 in July 2014 from a 4s and have horrible cell service since day one. The phone drops calls and won't stay connected. I have been a Verizon customer since 1998 and have had great service with the company until I gave up my 4s for the Note 3... Verizon won't let me switch back to an Apple phone, I am forced to wait till my 2 year contract is up or pay $800 for a new phone. So now I have a paper weight I have hanging on my hip that basically is used for texting only. My son texts me and asks me to use my land line to call him because he cannot get a hold of me on my Note 3. Is anyone else out there dissatisfied with their new Note 3 cell service and what did you do to remedy the situation?
