I would like to say that my customer service experience has not been great these last couple of days. I have received texts and emails about the Note 7 recall telling me that I NEED to exchange my phone but WILL NOT LET ME!!. I have called, chatted and been to the store.
All because I have a past due amount that has a post dated payment on the account. I feel that since this is not my fault for having a faulty phone, Verizon should be more than accommodating. I was even told that I have to pay taxes and a new upgrade fee because of this when I just did this 3 weeks ago. I feel that more should be done when dealing with devices that could be potentially hazardous to people regardless of the customer's situation.
