Just wanted to know if the dropped calls and call quality issues have been resolved because I drop calls every time I'm on the phone. I've seen alot of discussion on the internet about dropped calls on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and wondered if there was a fix or recommendation

I have had the Note 3 for 3 weeks. My first Note 3 kept dropping calls despite efforts by local Verizon dealer. yesterday, I got a new Note 3 -- am now experiencing dropped calls today with this new phone. Is this a chronic problem with Note 3? Local dealer says "it is new to them". I suspect bad engineering? Anybody find a solution?
