Easy exchange process? Not quite.

So how did you get free overnight shipping without having to call someone? I went ahead ordered a replacement yesterday for my Note7 online like it told me to do so on the email and text message I received. At the end, only option was for free 2 day shipping as overnight was a $12.99 option and no option for in-store pickup. I went and processed the order and called after the fact. I was told they can't do anything rather I should have called while placing the order.
