Just charged my phone, was working fine. Now the finger scanner won't work and I don't have a password set. Cannot access my phone! HELP!
I thought you were required to create a backup pin password in case the fingerprint scanner doesn't work?

michgal51, having access to your phone is an absolute must. Help is here to ensure we get you back connected to the world. Ann154, you are correct. In the event that you set up the finger scanner, it does require you to have a back up pin. It sounds like this is not known so in this event, we must have you do a complete factory data reset. It is the hope that the phone’s content has been backed up as it will erase all the content on the phone so that you can gain access to it again.
