Does anyone have a problem with their Galaxy Note II freezing and you have to do a hard reset to get a screen?

I am sorry you are having issues with your device! Are you using any 3rd party apps? Try to put the device in safe mode to see if this helps the device not to freeze up. The steps are http://tiny.cc/5wib8w. Let me know if this helps.
