I received an email indicating that i needed to return my galaxy note 7 or my account would be charged. On 10/19 i returned the Note to my verizon store and purchased a galaxy 7. My contract # was [Removed]. Please review as I do not wish to be charged for the device i returned.

Hi Denise...this is a customer to customer forum with no guarantee a CS rep will handle issues. You need to contact Verizon directly, I would recommend the chat feature as it seems to get better results, to resolve the problem. It may just be an oversight in that, while the exchange is noted on the account, the automated system that sends the messages may not be picking up on the exchange entry.
