Galaxy Note 2 / 4g Issues

I have a galaxy note 2 which i purchased back in dec 2012. for some reason now the device will not recognize 4g and only shows connection to 3g. Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions on whats wrong or how to fix it?

Hello diesel2968,

Sorry to see that your phone isn't getting those 4G speeds like it should. Lets get you back up and running. I would like you to try and removing the sim card for 30-60 seconds http://vz.to/ZRoHhF. First power off the device and then insert and re-insert the card. Also make sure that the device is running the latest software to avoid any issues. If still not working, we can look into any signal issues in your area as well. Please keep us updated.
