Galaxy Note 3 problem (No service whatsoever)

Ever since I've had this phone, I've had reception issues. I waited around and received a update from Verizon a few dates ago and the problems still persist. Whether if it's standing outside in broad daylight or sitting in my office or home, I still have no bars at all and no data. I have to restart my phone just to get a single bar. I live in a area where Verizon advertises that the service should be at LTE and should be able to pierce through structures, but that is far from the case.

Is there anything I can do to get this fixed because I'm paying over $100 a month for service just to have a paperweight.
