Galaxy note 2 keeps turning off and on

Last night, it wouldn't even turn on. Then i took the battery out and put it back in. I charged it and it reached 70%, unplugged it, it turned off after a few minutes, plugged it back in and turned it on, it was at 3%. Currently, i am charging it and it keeps freezing and restarting.

Making sure that you have a working phone is the goal and we are concerned to hear that you are having some issues with your Note 2. We will work to get this resolved for you so that your phone is working the way it should. Have you updated your software on your phone recently? Has this ever happened before?
