  • I have a galaxy note 9 .  It quit working 3 days ago.  I can't turn it back on.  I've tried all the trouble shooting ideas and none of them work.  Any other suggestions?

It's frustrating when your Samsung Note 9 device is not working for three days and will not turn back on, Randy9572. Let me find out the steps you took to troubleshoot the issue and find out all that was done to cover all the bases. Does your device have any physical or moisture damage? What happens when you try to plug it into a charger? Does the device try to respond?  Please share more details so we can direct a plan of action to get this issue resolved.
