I had a motoG phone with Verizon prepaid service..I lost my motoG a few weeks ago. I decided to go in store with Verizon and have now updated to galaxy note5 ..love the phone so far but am having trouble trying to retrive my phone contacts and data from my lost phone . I still have the same phone number and it will not let me sign into Myour previous account because it was prepaid ...I could really use some help ! Thanks
that's a problem with pre-paid accounts.
if you didn't have the items saved to someone's cloud or backed up, they're gone.
for contacts, i use gmail, they're always there.
