I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy note 5. I updated the software and now I'm only able to get on certain apps via WiFi only! Why is that. I pay for unlimited data! I should be able to get on any app under my data plan. Anyone else having this problem?
I apologize for the inconvenience, let's look into this. Some applications may not be configured to work with the updated software version. Have you ensure your the applications in question have been updated? Additionally please check the permissions within the application.
