No, loyalty was Toyota FIXING every defective acceleration unit for each affected customer! Not taking back that Toyota, forcing you into an inferior Toyota, and then giving you a refund on the original Toyota eventually. Big Difference!

What difference does it make? Now that you have the bill credit you can take the money you thought you would need on the bill and use it elsewhere. Same thing.
