Factory resetting won’t bypass the security lock, you would need to sign back into the previous account on the device. You can try resetting the password for the account on the Google website with the security question processes from when the account was initially setup, or request personal assistance from Google Tech Support by filling out this form- Request to restore your Google Account - Google Account Help
I’m sorry that you’re locked out of your phone. Making sure you get back into your phone is super important & we want to do everything we can to help. Samsung has implemented a security feature that will lock you out of your phone for 24 hours when new passwords haven’t fully verified within that time frame.
