HD voice on SGNote5

So i recently activated HD voice on my phone. And now i cant make or receive any calls. I disabled it and still nothing. I restarted my phone a dozen times. I did the troubleshooting and still nothing. And then i spent about 4 hours trying to chat with a rep and guess what....still nothing. I dont have fb or twitter so the only way i can contact someone is through this forum. I am highly irritated that i have to go through this much work to get in contact with someone to help me with this issue. What do i have to do so that i can use my phone?
