How do I delete apps that came with my device?

I really do not want the apps that came with the phone. They are constantly updating. They use up the Data time. google music is always running.

I would like them removed from the phone. I tried using the delete and uninstall and it does not work.

I have 250 mb of data and down to 45...

I keep my phone off, When I turn it on the downloading automatically begins and updating and eats up my time.

I want this to stop.

Plus I just learned that sending a picture to my home email eats up data too.

I tried to set up my home email as in the email account button but it didn't understand how I wanted to use it.

you can disable them, as far as deleting them not going to happen without voiding your warranty.

You can set it up where you will not download updates on cellular network.

Anything related to emails use data.
