How do I get my ringtones back?

after receiving a replacement phone through insurance, all my ringback tones and ringtone are gone.  They were purchased this year, so they have not expired.  I found them on Media retrieval but still can't get them on the phone.

I want to ensure you are able to successfully transfer your tones to your replacement device.  First, please advise what model device are you using?  Keep in mind, ringback tones, are a feature on the line itself.  There's no need to download anything for your ringback tones to work on your line.  Ringtones, on the other hand, can be downloaded through Media Retrieval via My Verizon: http://vz.to/1kqMS5j.  Please keep me posted so that I may further assist.

I think I have my ringback tones back but not my ringtone. Can you please
