How do I get my samsung gallexy note 3 to stop asking for my tv service?

I am getting multiple bizzare messages interrupting my phone one of which is what television service do you use? Won't let me move on till I enter one of the choices.

One of the stock Samsung apps is likely the culprit. The app in it's fully disabled state is called Samsung WatchOn. I think the active version is called something to the effect of "Peel Smart Remote".

Scroll through the apps on the phone. If an app named Peel Smart Remote is found...fully disable it.

I'm sure those popups are quite the nuisance, TimGannon. Paul Chudigian has brought up a very likely culprit indeed. To clarify, when did you start getting the messages? Do you have any television or remote apps installed on the phone other than what came preinstalled?
