Someone please tell me, because I am extremely frustrated by this. I am unable to merge calls, nor can I conference call on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Before the update I could swap calls now I cant. I called Samsung and they told me it was my carrier that stopped this feature. The device is a phone first and foremost and I should be able to make conference calls and swap calls. Someone please at Verizon explain this to me..
