How do I retrieve messages from the cloud?

When I click on the cloud button, I can see that I have 42 messages, but cannot figure out how to retrieve them. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

Hi Vzw-tempname,

We know that retrieving your messages is important! What happens when you click on the Cloud icon? Does it aske to setup the cloud? Do you receive any error messages?
