I just received my S7 Edge replacement phone for the Note 7, and assumed I'd be sending the Note 7 back in the same box with a return label, but that's not the case. How long after getting my new replacement phone do I have to wait to receive the return shipping box for the Note 7?

I have been waiting for my Recovery box since 10/11, when I got my replacement phone! I have had to call and request a box 4 times. Today when I called back I spoke with Corey who stated that he did not see any previous orders on my account for the box. He said "I should have my box by 11/1, which will be 3 weeks! This is beyond ridulous. I just want to return the Note 7 and get my refund.
Bottom line, I'm mad and ready to leave Verizon. Customer service on this entire process has been horrible.

I've had better luck using twitter. I asked about 12 days ago and they asked for my phone number and pin.
I received my 2 return boxes today a total of 14 days from my request via twitter.
I just sent a tweet on twitter. Now I'm waiting to see how long it takes for Verizon to respond. So far, all I've received is a bunch of lies and no recovery box.
I received my return box yesterday 10/25, it just arrived I didn't get any information about it being on the way or anything. so I packed my note 7 up and dropped off at UPS about 45 minutes after I received the box. Now I am just waiting for my $100 credit for downgrading to the s7 edge , and also the credit for my taxes for my Note 7. So we will see how long that takes.
