My Note 4 when first plugged in showed up with a CD drive called Verizon Mobile, when I open this I get the option to install USB driver. Once that is installed it shows up as SAMSUNG-SM-N910V. Inside that folder you will find either Phone or Phone/Card folders. Look in DCIM\Camera for .mp4 files which will be your movies in either location depending on where your device is set to record videos to.

You could plug the device into the laptop via USB and you will see the device show up and you can browse to the file and copy to your computer. If it isn't too large you can email to your self. If you don't have a USB cable handy but have your phone connected to wifi you can install WiFi File Explorer - Android Apps on Google Play
and once you run it you can then use a web browser to browse the files on your phone and download to your phone.
