So while waiting for all the hubbub with the recall and trying to get a replacement (there was never a coral blue available, or any Note 7 for that matter), my phone fell off the table and now has broken glass on the left edge. I have the insurance provided by VZW, but since Samsung is wanting all the phones back, will I be charged anything for when I come in to exchange it for hopefully the LG V20?

All Note 7 will be accepted, even damaged ones, for full refund. That is the word I saw from Samsung and Verizon.

During the first round of recalls I know it didn't matter the phone's condition. In my case I lost the stylus, but it didn't effect my exchange for the replacement Note 7. And I too had to settle for a silver as they had no replacements in blue.

Cool! Thanks for the boost in my morale. Now I just hope that the LG V20 comes to VZW without a hitch.
