I Had. 7 messages on my voice mail that did not show up in my notifications line. I see missed calls, but the little cassette tape never presented itself.

Dweber, we want you to get the voice mail notifications! Can you try this: http://vz.to/1z1Tvhs Make sure you also clear data. You can also put the phone on safe mode to ensure no 3rd party applications are causing the issue by going here: http://vz.to/1z1TLwK I would like you to reboot and tell me if you can get your voicemail notifications.

Neither one of those things worked. I do see, however, that my voice Mail app is "turned off." How do I turn it back on?

Touch the button that says turned off to enable the application.

Just out of long-shot-in-the-dark, have you made sure that no changes were made to your features in My Verizon?---Manage My Products and Apps? I know it was a feature I could enable/disable a while back, but my plan and device might give me different options than you may have.
