I am on my second replacement phone. I cannot receive or make calls most time. The device reboots itself. No signal bars most times. Intermittent 4g signals. This is so frustrating...

This is not what we want to hear is going on with your device. What type of phone do you have? Is it a Note 3 as well? How long have you had the replacement & how long have the issues been going on? Was your sim card replaced too?

I have a Samsung Note 3 with lollipop on it. Issues started right after an update was applied to the phone. Yes I have been issued a new SIM (two weeks ago) - connection issues persists.

I too am unsatisfied with Verizon and Samsung. Verizon needs to be more prompt testing their updates.
