I can't change fonts keep saying not supported
Let's make sure you can customize the device as needed. Have you been able to change fonts in the past? If so, did this start after a recent update or app install?

Verizon development has blocked adding 3rd party fonts with the 5.1.1 update. They are preparing all the phones for Samsung Pay so they can compete with Apple Pay.
