I can't see all of the status bar at the top of the screen. Anyone else have this issue?

The status bar is obscured at the top of the screen. Does any one else have this problem?

Why is it obscured? Is it all the time or just when you use certain applications?

Is the whole screen magnified? You might have enabled the magnifier though the accessibility setting?

Is the bottom of the display partially cut off?

I guess I would power the phone down and power it back up, and see if the behavior changes.
