I've factory reset the phone, changed the SIM card and number and still will not receive text messages...this is very displeasing.
Help is here! I completely understand the need of receiving messages from all of your contacts. Can you receive from everyone else? Did you recently switch devices? If so, when did this problem start? Do you know what kind of phones they have?
