I need to change my last name due to marriage how do I do this?

I just got married and need to change, I called a verizon rep but she told me she couldnt take care of that?

I'd suggest calling Customer Service back and hopefully you'll get a rep that knows how to process the name change.  Unfortunately, you can't do it yourself on-line.

Best to go in store with your name change documents. Legal reasons They must verify which requires faxing documents. My wife went through this when we got married with her Verizon lines. Which I later took over.... Should Have Just taken it over in the first place lol
