We need to get our IP Address off the Blacklist so that Verizon customers can get an email to text using @VTEXT.com.
We have had numerous members (including me) not get their text messages when sent through our server. We are a credit union and our members can set account alerts to be sent to them via email or @VTEXT.
Members directly receive @vtexts through our IP address.
AT & T and Sprint are working fine. It stopped working around Feb 27th for me. I did receive a system update N910VVRS2CQB2 that day. What do we need to do to fix this?

Have you tried the MMS address of number@vzwpix.com or whatever that format is?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Thanks for the suggestion Ann154. We tried it, but it did not work either.
