Wiping the cache partition doesn't erase applications and user data.

The links you sent me in the email did not work!
I delete the email accounts AGAIN and wipe out the cache and still nowt working!
When will Verizon do something about this down graded update!

Are you trying to say it is not the update that is the problem??
The email issues is a big (removed), the fact that I can not use any car
charges is a bigger problem and we know this is from the update!
If a hard reset means losing all my downloaded apps and everything, no
this has not been done and WILL not be done!
